Custom tracking
Online research is ideally suited to longitudinal custom tracking projects. For many of our customers our range of Syndicated Services meets their needs. Our Syndicated services are produced monthly across a number of key therapy areas and are very cost effective.
However there are some situations where customers prefer to commission bespoke confidential research;
- Where in-depth bespoke questioning of respondents is needed
- Where reporting and frequency of the research is required less or more frequently
- Where timing of research is aligned to critical events such as NICE guidance or the launch of a new campaign
- Where the customer wishes define a specific set of analyses
Our custom tracking services means that the questions and analyses are tailored to your needs, and the timing of the research is entirely dictated by you, whether your questionnaire is only 5 minutes long once per week, or 45 minutes long twice per year, we are here to deliver the custom research that will enable you to effectively monitor your performance against your KPIs.
Once you have defined your tracking parameters, waves of tracking can be run at bi-monthly, monthly or quarterly intervals.
Research can also be modified at short notice in response to changes in the market environment, such as a NICE recommendation for your product, or a competitor entering the market. |
